The app that finally got me sticking with it
The free sessions are short and sweet, making it easy for newcomers to get over the initial hump of commitment. If you stick with it you see the change beginning and you want more. Just like when you start going to the gym when youre way out of shape. Its SUCH drudgery until something clicks and the incremental results start to register. But only if you stay with it and GO. Same with meditation Im finding. And this app seems to get that. Id give 5 stars if it was a little less buggy. If that improves Ill come back with 5!
